Visualizing and Sharing Intelligent Solutions to Green our World
VisavisNet, founded in 2009, is a new eco-media group visualizing and sharing green intelligent solutions among our target audience of potential eco-business leaders and innvoators, and their influencers, mainly business decision makers from China. It's also an international platform of cross-boundary cooperation on eco-business, with a highlight on the eco-business cooperation between China and Africa. Our team members are the experienced professionals from different countries and areas in the world. In Jan., 2012, VisavisNet had their book A World That Is Turning Green - Intelligent Solutions on The Ecology of Commerce published by Science Press.
Brand Name
The name of "visavis" came from the French language, literally means "face to face", consisting of two "vis" representing "vision" and a letter "a" in the middle. It was referred from a classical type of carriage in which the occupants face each other. So, as the brand name, 'visavis" is an ideal symbol of our core value of "face-to-face visual communication". And , It's said that the earliest known use in English dates back in year 1751. This extends the brand value to something to do with "historicity" or "sustainability".
Mission
VisavisNet's main mission is to accelerate the flow of information on the ecology of commerce among members of walks of life from China and other countries.
5-Year Goals
Our goal in the first 5 years is to become one of the most influential eco-media and a featured visual publisher on eco-business field in China. This goal has been achived before 2014, referring to the results "No.1" by googling "生态商业“, i.e., 'eco-business' in Chinese. The next 5 years goal is to make Visavis become one of the most influential platform of croass sector cooperation on eco-business, by turning Visavis Smart Eco Hub a very famous meeting centre on eco-business in China.
